The service was extremely poor, the staff were unhappy, the buffet was very weak and just bloated pastries; the bakery was filled with dry pastries, seemingly to discourage people from eating them.

I was very, very pleased. We stayed as a family in the lakeside rooms; the room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel's landscaping was wonderful. The food was very varied and delicious. The sea was shallow, gradually getting deeper, and the beach and sea had fine sand. Everything was lovely. We will definitely come back as a family in the summer.

First I received a Balinese massage, which was very good, followed by a facial; it took about 2.5 hours in total. Definitely recommended, it's just a shame about the language barrier; a basic knowledge of English would make the whole experience even more appealing and accessible. (It wasn't for me, but my girlfriend)
